roberto bruce: Imran Khan’s ‘Delhi Belly’ not a sex comedy film

Imran khan, Don’t know what his mamujaan Aamir Khan has to say about this? Recently in a candid interview with the press Imran Khan revealed a hidden fact about his film Delhi Belly which has been produced by Aamir.

The movie is believed to be a sex comedy on the lines of American Pie and now Imran says the film has nothing to do with sex, but yes it a comic caper. DB draws its inspiration from Guy Ritchie’s 98 blockbuster Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. As ‘Lock, Stock…’ is about four people heavily in debt, ‘Delhi Belly’ too is about youngsters who have fallen prey to a very critical situation; only the setting of the film is changed, but the treatment to the subject is the same.

The movie is under production for quite some time and Aamir Khan’s diary which is chock-a-block leaves him little or no time to concentrate on this film. The movie also has Shenaz Treasurywala.
